Welcome! If you’re here, I assume you are thinking about setting up a grow in your basement, or you have already set up a grow and have questions that you hope I can answer. It is my mission to share all of the knowledge I have gathered on the topic, and also share some tips that are specific to growing in your basement as opposed to other locations.
Growing your own plants is a lot of fun and can be as relaxing and therapeutic as your final product. However, every grow will go through cycles, and each part of the cycle produces different challenges. Just when you’ve mastered the seedling phase with the proper humidity, temperature, lighting and watering rate, your plants will take off and all of your fine tuning will need to be altered for the vegetative phase. As your plants veg you will need to adjust the environment and adapt to what your plants need. Then there’s more changes for the flowering phase, and finally you get to harvest your wonderful flowers!
Well, that’s not quite the final step because you still need to chop the plants down, trim them up, dry them, and cure the buds. While there are a lot of steps, if you know what you’re doing it will all go smoothly and you will have some great bud to smoke, vape, or consume however you’d like in no time at all!
